By purchasing any product or service from this shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all digital goods sold including Clash of Clans accounts, clans and services, Discord automation tools, social media growth services (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, Kick, Threads), Steam accounts, Spotify Premium keys, email accounts, and any other digital products listed. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.
All accounts and digital goods are sold as-is with no guarantees, no warranty, and no refunds provided after delivery. The seller makes no representations about the functionality, safety, longevity, or durability of any product. Once credentials or service details are delivered, the buyer assumes full responsibility.
Social Media & Growth Services: All SMM services (followers, likes, views, saves, shares, live viewers, etc.) are not guaranteed to be 100% stable. Drops, fluctuations, or platform-side changes are outside the seller's control. Warranty and refill terms, where stated on a specific product, apply only within the stated period and conditions.
Clash of Clans Services: Capital gold, donation services, and bot setups are delivered as described. The seller is not responsible for in-game changes by Supercell that affect service functionality after delivery.
Discord Tools: All Discord automation tools (token onliner, chatter, joiner, boost bot, etc.) are provided as-is. The seller is not responsible for Discord API changes or token invalidation after delivery.
If you choose to pay via PayPal, payment must be sent as "Friends and Family" with the required note as instructed at checkout. Failure to do so gives the seller the right to withhold delivery until the payment is resent correctly. If the buyer does not comply, the seller reserves the right to retain the funds. Any buyer who initiates a PayPal dispute will be permanently banned from this platform.
Upon successful payment, the buyer receives credentials to access the purchased account or product. The seller is not responsible for any issues arising after delivery, including but not limited to:
- Account bans, restrictions, or suspensions imposed by the game or platform (Supercell, Discord, Steam, Spotify, Instagram, etc.).
- Unauthorized access or security incidents after transfer.
- Recovery attempts or changes made by previous owners, where applicable.
- Platform-side policy changes that affect account access or service functionality.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to secure account credentials immediately upon receipt. The seller is not obligated to assist with account recovery after delivery is confirmed. Buyers should change passwords and secure their accounts promptly after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks or payment disputes constitute a breach of this agreement and may result in a permanent ban and potential legal action. See the Refund Policy page for full details.
The buyer acknowledges that purchasing and using certain digital accounts or services may conflict with the terms and conditions of the respective platform (Supercell, Discord, Meta, TikTok, Spotify, Valve, etc.). By purchasing, the buyer accepts all associated risks and releases the seller from any liability. The buyer is responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
The seller reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
