This applies to all product categories including Clash of Clans accounts, clans, and services; Discord tools and automation; social media growth services (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Telegram, Kick, Threads, X/Twitter, Spotify, Kick); Steam accounts; email accounts; Spotify Premium keys; and any other digital goods listed in this shop.
Accounts and services are sold as-is. No guarantees are provided regarding functionality, longevity, continued access, or platform stability. Where a specific product listing states a refill warranty (e.g., 30-day or 365-day warranty on SMM services), that applies only to refills within the stated conditions — not to monetary refunds.
- Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the buyer is a direct violation of these Terms of Service.
- Buyers who file disputes will be permanently banned from this shop.
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover damages caused by fraudulent disputes.
- Evidence of delivery will be submitted in all dispute cases.
If payment is sent incorrectly (e.g., not as "Friends and Family" on PayPal, or missing required notes), delivery will be withheld until the payment is corrected. Failure to correct the payment forfeits the funds, as clearly stated at checkout.
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- A duplicate or technically failed payment occurred on our side.
- A proven technical error on our end prevented delivery entirely.
